(Winnsboro, LA – July 16, 2024) Plantation Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been recognized as a 2024 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award recipient earning national honors for their commitment to continuous quality improvement and their dedication to their residents. The distinction is the first of three progressive award levels through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program. The National Quality Award Program by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) recognizes providers across the country that have demonstrated their commitment to delivering quality care for seniors and persons with disabilities.
“This national recognition is a testament to the exceptional care we provide in a homelike, safe environment,” said Plantation Manor Administrator Keith Ferrington. “Earning this prestigious award is a tribute to our team’s pursuit of excellence.”
Implemented by AHCA/NCAL in 1996, the National Quality Award Program is centered on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, which is the foundation of the metric-based AHCA/NCAL Quality Initiative.

Award recipients will be honored during AHCA/NCAL’s 75th Convention & Expo in Orlando, Florida, on October 6-9, 2024.
