“This national recognition is a testament to the exceptional care we provide in a homelike, safe environment,” said Plantation Manor Administrator Keith Ferrington. “Earning this prestigious award is a tribute to our team’s pursuit of excellence.”
Implemented by AHCA/NCAL in 1996, the National Quality Award Program is centered on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, which is the foundation of the metric-based AHCA/NCAL Quality Initiative.
“I applaud Plantation Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for earning the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award, said Mark Berger, executive director of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association (LNHA). “This remarkable recognition speaks to their tireless efforts and steadfast dedication to providing quality patient care.”
Award recipients will be honored during AHCA/NCAL’s 75th Convention & Expo in Orlando, Florida, on October 6-9, 2024.
