Plantation Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is located in a quiet residential area of Winnsboro set back on Macon Ridge overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds for your safety and peace of mind. Franklin Parish Medical Center, numerous doctors’ offices, and the offices of other health care professionals are only minutes away. The warm and friendly atmosphere experienced here reflects the long tradition of quality care that was begun long ago when Mrs. Ollie Riley brought two elderly people who had no place to go into her home for nursing care…a tradition based upon our belief that what counts most in a nursing facility is resident care.
We believe our staff makes the difference. Our supervisors and administrators expect more than mere technical compliance with governmental rules and regulations. They lead a team sensitive to the social and emotional needs of the residents. Consequently, our employees know more than their job—they know the importance of a kind word, a gentle touch, and the healing power of a smile. Our staff is passionate about Improving Quality of Life.

Shop ‘til you drop at Plantation Manor! 🛍️
Our residents had such a fun time at a special Pop-Up Shop hosted by our local Baptist Nursing Fellowship! Each resident received $10 in "Manor Money" to spend, and with everything in the shop priced at just $1, they had plenty of shopping to do!
From clothes and jewelry to books, blankets, stuffed animals, candy, and so much more, there was a little something for everyone to choose from. Residents got to browse the tables, spend their money, and head home with up to 10 new treasures of their choosing!
A huge thank you to the wonderful ladies of the Baptist Nursing Fellowship for donating all of the items and creating such a fun experience for our residents. We appreciate you thinking of them and giving them an afternoon of shopping, choosing, and a little retail therapy! 🛍️❤️

Here at Plantation Manor, we all have a story to tell. ❤️
Long before our paths brought us together at Plantation Manor, each of us had a story of our own. We were teachers, nurses, farmers, business owners, homemakers, first responders, and so much more. Many of those stories were written right here at home. Our roots run deep throughout Franklin Parish and the surrounding communities we have lived in, served, and called home over the years.
Some of our residents and staff took a moment to share just one small piece of their past with us. Behind every answer is a lifetime of experiences, memories, lessons, and stories worth sharing.
We invite you to come visit Plantation Manor sometime. Sit down, stay awhile, and ask someone about their story. You never know what you might learn. ❤️

When our Assistant Administrator Mrs. Teresa Guy needed a lesson in the fine art of puzzle gluing, she knew exactly who to turn to: our resident puzzle expert, Mr. James Wiltshire! 🧩😄
With a wall full of completed puzzles to prove his credentials, Mr. James showed Mrs. Teresa the proper way to turn a finished puzzle into a piece of artwork ready for display.
We love moments like these! One-on-one activities give our residents the opportunity to enjoy the hobbies they love, share their talents with others, and even teach our staff a thing or two along the way. ❤️
