Plantation Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is located in a quiet residential area of Winnsboro set back on Macon Ridge overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds for your safety and peace of mind. Franklin Parish Medical Center, numerous doctors’ offices, and the offices of other health care professionals are only minutes away. The warm and friendly atmosphere experienced here reflects the long tradition of quality care that was begun long ago when Mrs. Ollie Riley brought two elderly people who had no place to go into her home for nursing care…a tradition based upon our belief that what counts most in a nursing facility is resident care.
We believe our staff makes the difference. Our supervisors and administrators expect more than mere technical compliance with governmental rules and regulations. They lead a team sensitive to the social and emotional needs of the residents. Consequently, our employees know more than their job—they know the importance of a kind word, a gentle touch, and the healing power of a smile. Our staff is passionate about Improving Quality of Life.

It’s picture day at Plantation Manor! 📸👑📚
In honor of Back to School Week, we decided it was time for a little school picture day of our own. But around here, we don’t do ordinary school pictures. Our residents brought out the glamorous outfits, sparkling jewelry, crowns, and plenty of personality for a picture day fit for royalty! After all, when you’re photographing the Kings and Queens of Plantation Manor, a simple yearbook photo just won’t do.
We think these glamour shots deserve a spot at the very front of the yearbook!

Shop ‘til you drop at Plantation Manor! 🛍️
Our residents had such a fun time at a special Pop-Up Shop hosted by the ladies of our local Baptist Nursing Fellowship, Temple Baptist Church, and Wisner First Baptist Church! Each resident received $10 in "Manor Money" to spend, and with everything in the shop priced at just $1, they had plenty of shopping to do!
From clothes and jewelry to books, blankets, stuffed animals, candy, and so much more, there was a little something for everyone to choose from. Residents got to browse the tables, spend their money, and head home with up to 10 new treasures of their choosing!
A huge thank you to this wonderful group of ladies for all of the donated items, the time they spent with us, and for creating such a fun experience for our residents. We appreciate you thinking of them and giving them an afternoon of shopping, choosing, and a little retail therapy! 🛍️❤️

Here at Plantation Manor, we all have a story to tell. ❤️
Long before our paths brought us together at Plantation Manor, each of us had a story of our own. We were teachers, nurses, farmers, business owners, homemakers, first responders, and so much more. Many of those stories were written right here at home. Our roots run deep throughout Franklin Parish and the surrounding communities we have lived in, served, and called home over the years.
Some of our residents and staff took a moment to share just one small piece of their past with us. Behind every answer is a lifetime of experiences, memories, lessons, and stories worth sharing.
We invite you to come visit Plantation Manor sometime. Sit down, stay awhile, and ask someone about their story. You never know what you might learn. ❤️
