The warm and friendly atmosphere experienced here reflects the long tradition of quality care that was begun long ago when Mrs. Ollie Riley brought two elderly people who had no place to go into her home for nursing care…a tradition based upon our belief that what counts most in a nursing facility is resident care.

They lead a team sensitive to the social and emotional needs of the residents. Today at Plantation Manor, our residents and staff got ahead on decorating for the 4th of July. They all came together to create a special paper quilt in honor of America’s 250th birthday celebration. Each square was uniquely decorated, showcasing creativity, patriotism, and the spirit of teamwork that makes our community so special.
This collaborative project brought residents and staff together to celebrate our nation’s history while creating something meaningful and beautiful. We are proud to honor this historic milestone and make memories that will last for years to come.

🥧 Plantation Manor Pie Contest 🥧
Our staff put their baking skills to the test with a Homemade Pie Contest, and five of our residents had the sweet job of serving as judges! After tasting each delicious entry, our resident judges selected the winners.
🏆 1st Place – Lori Martin – Lemonade Ice Box Pie 🍋
🥈 2nd Place – Monica Grayson – Lemon Pie 🍋
🥉 3rd Place – Debra Tackle – Coconut Cream Pie 🥥
But the fun didn’t stop there! Every employee had the opportunity to vote for one TQM member to get pied in the face. After all the votes were counted, Administrator Keith Ferrington received the most votes and was the lucky recipient of a pie to the face! 🥧😂
